You as a customer can cancel your order anytime until your order is out for delivery by calling our customer service at +91-9922665930. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
In the event no delivery due to the unavailability of customer at the time of delivery for any reason (not reachable, unavailable at delivery location, etc), then the order shall be cancelled by us and the refund (including the amount of refund) shall depend upon the sole decision of the Company based on the circumstances and satisfactory inspection by our customer service team.
RETURN & REFUNDS
We strive to provide you with the best class service. But in cases where you are not satisfied with the product, we offer return and refund services which are guided by the following conditions.
- For fruits, vegetables, herbs & seasonings and groceries, you can request for return & refund only during the time of delivery of the product. We request all our members to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery. Due to the consumable nature of the product, we will not be processing any request which is made after the delivery has been accepted by the customer.
- For other products, you can request for return & refund within 7 days of delivery.

- You are eligible for the return only if the product meets criteria like damaged, broken, faulty, rotten, expired or different from the ordered one.
